Below is our initial application and questionnaire. Our application process is designed to ensure that your child is a good match, in terms of their individual needs, for the programs and expertise we can provide.

There is space at the end to write open-endedly about your situation and your child’s needs. The more detail provided, the better we can assess our fit and ability to support your child and family.

After submitting your application, you will receive a welcome email from us that outlines next steps. In this welcome email we will also set up a quick meet and greet call to introduce ourselves and what we do, but most importantly - to get to know your child and family as well as provide an opportunity for you all to ask questions about our program and services. You can also schedule a call with us yourself at any time from our website (its free!)!

During that call we will set up a time for your family to either do a trial day or an in-person coffee or lunch visit depending on whether we are in session or on summer break, for example.

If you choose to enroll with us, we kindly ask for a one-month deposit within 2 weeks of acceptance in order to secure your spot.

(We do this to ensure we can guarantee projected rental costs, salaries and expenses prior to the start of the school year.)
